Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery, as such orders will not be accepted if returned. If you receive a product which is not as per your ordered specifications by you i.e.
If the product is Significantly different from the description given on the website
It have any Manufacturing Defect.
In such Circumstance you are not to worry you are completely protected by our Thirty (30) day Return guarantee for all such items.
However, for some products, the sale is a final sale, and the merchant does not accept any return. Some healthcare products, customized products, products like undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, Perfumes etc and perishables including flowers, edible products cannot be returned due to health & hygiene reasons.
We will also not be able to accept the return if product
Is used/worn or altered
Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
Is returned without original packaging, Tags and accessories.
Serial Number is tampered.
If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the such order. Mail us on our customer care Mail id – firstname.lastname@example.org.
For the return you must intimate us on our customer Care mail – email@example.com with in Two(2) Days from the time of the receipt of the order.
Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
A notification with the status of return will be sent you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.
Returning of A Product.
Before you return the product please contact our customer care team either by calling on +91-22-28878484 or by e-mailing at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Reverse Pick Up (RPU) Ticket Number. Please have the below information ready before you call or mention them in your requested email –

Once you receive your RPU Ticket Number, please re-pack the items to be returned with all original packaging & tags that they were shipped with.
To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within two (2) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to
constantly improve our products and quality of services. Refunds are being processed within 30 days period.
